New Soup
Introducing Birria: Our First DGS 2.0 Soup

Slow-roasted chuck roast. Ancho and guajillo peppers. Cotija cheese on top.
The broth drinks like a light consomé, deep and savory but not heavy, the way the dipping broth at a good birria taco place tastes when you spoon it on its own. No tortilla strips, no cilantro. The braise carries it.
Our First Premium Soup
Birria is large only (16oz) at $12.
We priced it up because the ingredients and the cook time earned it. We wanted to see whether you'd come along for a soup that costs a little more when it's worth it. We think this one is.
Sopa de Mayo: A Flight to Launch It

On Tuesday, May 5th, we rolled out a flight to mark Cinco de Mayo. We're calling it Sopa de Mayo. Sopa is the actual Spanish word for soup, which we figured makes the pun land a little better.
The Sopa de Mayo Flight is three soups served all at once, so you can taste your way through:
- Pozole Verde
- Calabacitas
- Birria
Each soup is a 6oz portion served separately. Instead of the gelato chaser that comes with the Cutters' Delight flight, this one comes with a 16oz Jamaica agua fresca.
$17 — in-store only.
No DoorDash. Carryout available.
⚠️ Flights sold out as of May 8th
We've sold through our Pozole Verde and Calabacitas, so the Sopa de Mayo flight is no longer available. Birria is still available individually while it lasts.
Jamaica Agua Fresca

A hibiscus tea with lime, sugar, and a little fizz, served over ice. Cold, tart, hibiscus pink.
Available on its own for $3. Hard to beat at that price when it's hot out.
How to Order
- Birria standalone if you're already sold. $12, 16oz.
- The Sopa de Mayo Flight (sold out as of May 8th)
- The Jamaica either way. $3.
This is a limited promotion. Come see us while it lasts.
